Thursday, January 4, 2001 - 07:39 p.m. I couldn't agree more with this. Religion and spirituality is such a personal thing for every individual. I would never dare to tell someone they are wrong. I'm still in the process of exploring my own spirituality but I definitely do not consider myself "Christian" since I don't really believe in God, at least not the way I was taught growing up. I've dabbled in learning about other religions and am even more sure than ever that what I believe doesn't fall under one particular label. Perhaps I am an Eclectic Buddhist Taoist Neopagan? I honestly don't know. There is a Unitarian Universalist church in Boulder that I'd like to check out when Brenna gets a little older. Of all the churches I have looked at, it's the only one where I find the main principles appealing and they offer special services for the Solstices, at least the one in Boulder does.
Thursday, January 4, 2001 - 11:25 a.m. I'm on an automated mailing list that sends one inspirational or insightful quote to my Inbox each day. They are quite good and always make me stop and think. I have decided to put the good ones in my sidebar over there. For now it's way at the bottom. Not sure where else to put it.
Tuesday, January 2, 2001 - 06:16 p.m. To answer your question, Tom is a Libra.
Monday, January 1, 2001 - 11:27 p.m. made from scratch New entry and some photos over there. Monday, January 1, 2001 - 11:31 a.m. I really want to clean up my sidebar over there on the left. It's looking cluttered but I'm not sure how to make it look nice. I will think of something eventually.
   Monday, January 1, 2001 - 11:20 a.m.

Changed my desktop again. I was in the mood for something feminine, elegant and spiritual. Isis seemed perfect. Monday, January 1, 2001 - 09:35 a.m. Happy New Year.
For us, 2001 came in with barely a whisper. It felt like just another night, nothing special. I was awake in bed reading when I heard the local fireworks going off. I just kept on reading. No big deal.
Monday, January 1, 2001 - 09:33 a.m. Mel's Library I updated this page and linked all the book titles to Amazon.com. I've always wanted to expand my book page to include more bookcover images, brief reviews and such but somehow never get around to it. Sunday, December 31, 2000 - 09:14 p.m. There is a new mini poll down there in the left corner. *hint, hint*
Sunday, December 31, 2000 - 09:10 p.m. The December poll is now closed. Here are the results:

Sunday, December 31, 2000 - 06:24 p.m. It's a definite law of the Universe. On the day you just roll out of bed, don't shower, don't put on fresh makeup or fix your hair, that is the day you run into someone out in public you haven't seen in a long time.
Sunday, December 31, 2000 - 03:34 p.m. Am I the only person in the world who prefers cold pumpkin pie over warm pumpkin pie?
