Ooooooooh! I just downloaded and installed Arachnophilia. I never thought I'd find anything I loved better than EditPad (an upgrade for NotePad) but this might just possibly be the replacement for it. I have tried and disliked a few different html editors, and prefer to code by hand. All of my webpages are done this way. What I like about Arachnophilia is that while I can still code by hand there are tools that make things like tables a snap with less typing. And I LOVE the instant preview option. Very nice! I'm going to try this out for awhile but I have a feeling I'll be keeping it.

I'm thinking about changing the name of this weblog. I liked the name in the beginning although it didn't have the elegant sophisticated sound I was hoping for. I just thought up another name, using my own nickname sorta but I'm torn on whether or not to change it. Plus I have no idea if someone is already using it and not sure how to know for sure. At least I know Blograffiti is unique to me. If you read me regularly, do you think the name of this weblog is pretty good, or do you hate it? Should I change it? I appreciate honesty and any feedback.

I tend not to voice my rather strong opinions about how I feel that I should be taking care of my child full-time instead of putting her in daycare, or "pre-school" as some now call it, somehow justifying it or that using the term "school" implies they are learning something. Anyway, Dreama posted a most excellent study linking child aggression to time spent in daycare. I tell ya, I never find good reasons to put my kid in daycare. I only find more and more validation that my place is at home, with my darling daughter. I wouldn't have it any other way. And I bet neither would she.

I had no idea that a person could respond online to those annoying monthly book/music/video club mailer cards instead of sending them back via postal mail. Well, you can and save a bunch of stamps! I am in the Columbia House music club, Columbia House DVD club, The Sci-Fi Book Club, the Quality Paperback Book club, the Doubleday bookclub and the Mystery Book Club. So what is that, at least 6 stamps per month saved? Hey, every little bit counts! LOL!

Of all the strange things to happen, there is a weblogger who lives only about a mile away from me! She found me first and wrote! But even if she wasn't my neighbor, I'd still read her blog. It's lovely and creative. When we meet in person, I'll have to post about it. :-)

I survived another day at the dentist. Today the regular dentist shaved down the tooth that had the root canal and put on a temporary cap. I go back on May 2 for the crown. There was no pain today other than the initial novacaine shot which always hurts me so darn much for whatever reason. Although I am sure my jaw is going to be really sore once the numbness wears off. He did so much pushing and pulling and clamping my teeth together. They are booked pretty solid the next two months but they have me on a cancellation list to get back in for a cleaning. My teeth are so bad I will need at least two, maybe three, sessions of cleaning. Yikes. My teeth are just so awful. If I think about it too much I get too depressed.
