I finished reading Sunglasses After Dark. Even though I've only read five books so far this year, each one feels like a great accomplishment. I can only read late at night which is usually my computer time as well. I'm now reading the second book in the series, In the Blood. (no link, it's not available at amazon or b&n)

New colors and background at least. A redesign will have to wait until I have gobs of time which could take forever. I was just so sick of those autumn colors.

The doggone power cord for my Dell laptop quit working. So I may not be online much in the next few days while we figure out if they are going to fix it (ie. I have to send it in, bah.) or send me a new one or what. The docking port is not in a child friendly room so I rarely come in here all day, and my laptop batteries only last about 10 minutes. I guess maybe I need to be online less often anyway, at least for a few days.

I am getting annoyed with Blogger. I am using Blogger for the baby journal and it is so unreliable. I have noticed two missing posts and the archives aren't correct. For some reason it skipped a few days increments and they seem stuck on the main page now. I don't get it. I have never had a problem here at Pitas and I am tempted to boycot Blogger. Harumph!

Went on a shopping spree today at Park Meadows Mall with my friend Jinx and her daughter Xoe. Whee! Actually, I didn't go hog wild *but* I was very excited with these two purchases to add to my mice and rat collection.

The Rat from the Ty Chinese Zodiac Series. This guy is hard to find and way overpriced. I had no choice but to pay up, I absolutely had to have this one. He's a rat, after all. I just switched my ISP about two weeks ago, but it has turned out so horribly that I switched yet again today. *sigh* I sure as hell hope AT&T is decent. I am almost out of options.

I am working on a redesign but it is taking forever. I am lazy and uninspired. And frustrated with my limited knowledge of graphic design. I am in serious need of some better software than freebie PSP.
